FASHION VICTIM COCKTAIL

‘Fashion Victim’ cocktail inspired in the María Escoté collection for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid 2016.

INGREDIENTS:

– 5 cl de Bombay Sapphire Gin.

– 4 drops Droplets Fresh Ginger.

– 5 cl grapefruit juIce.

– 1 barspoon mandarine syrup.

– 2 cl triple sec.

– 10 cl tonic water Scweppes

 METHOD: Cobbler

 GLASSWARE: Water glass.

GARNISH: Dry Grapefruit Slice, rose Pepper, edible flower and mint sprig.

PASSION WEEK COCKTAIL

Passion Week’ cocktail inspired in the Etxeberría collection for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid 2016.

INGREDIENTS:

– 4 cl de Bombay Sapphire Gin

– 2 drops #Droplets Green Cardamom.

– 2 cl passion fruit juice.

– 4 cl mango purée.

– 1 cl lime juice.

METHOD: Cobbler

GLASSWARE: Martini Glass.

GARNISH: Dry Lime Wheel, Grated Lime, Green Cardamom, blueberry.
