Xmas Cocktails 2019

Javier de las Muelas present five new cocktails with fruity and sweet flavors, designed to enjoy every moment of these Christmas holidays.

Javier de las Muelas presents his collection of Christmas cocktails, five new creations in which the fruity and sweet flavors coexist. A proposal for each moment of celebration such as welcoming guests, family gatherings, toast for the New Year or as an accompaniment to traditional sweets.

The Christmas Collection is composed of: SANTA´S WINE PUNCH – a fruit punch made with blueberry juice and red fruits and a touch of Grey Goose, SWEET CAROL, a dessert-flavored cocktail, afterdinner, combination of hazelnut, coffee and tonka bean, to enjoy the end of a great family meeting, MERRY DAYS, without alcohol, healthy Granny Smith apple cocktail, matcha tea and cucumber, will refresh the palates of the intense flavors of Christmas food, PEACE NIGHT, hot and restorative drink to receive guests during the winter season, a cocktail to warm your hands and drink in front fireplace accompanied by a good conversation, and ESTRELLA FUGAZ, a cava combination for the New Year toast. An instant full of emotions, memories, expectations and good intentions.

SANTA´S WINE PUNCH

In every Christmas gathering, you have to know how to create special moments that will last in memory. Acting as a good host receiving our guests with a good welcome punch, not only will surprise them, it will unite them from the first moment, starting to serve each other and thus emerging the first complicities and smiles.

SANTA´S WINE PUNCH

INGREDIENTS:
– 16 Gotas Droplet´s “Mediterranean Rosemary”
– 8 cl non alcohol Bitter
– 20 cl Cramberry juice
– 15 cl red fruits handmade Syrup
– 20 cl Vodka Grey Goose
Garnish: Edelflowers and cut fruits..
ELABORATION:
Serve the ingredients very cold in the punch bowl
and mix with the ladle.
Add the ice and stir until completely cooled.
Finish with the decoration.

SWEET CAROL

Christmas desserts are great main characters of these holidays. Nougat, marzipan, “mantecados”, waffles and endless sweet elaborations that delight our guests. Sweet Carol is a dessert-flavored, this cocktail that will accompany with its combination of hazelnut, coffee and tonka bean, to enjoy the end of a great family event.

SWEET CAROL

INGREDIENTES:
– Haba tonka rallada (una pizca)
– 10 cl de Helado de avellana
– 1 cl Pedro Ximenez 30a.
– 3 cl de Licor de café
– 4 cl de Whisky Dewar´s 12
Decoración: Cacao en polvo,
granos de café y detalle de canela.
ELABORACIÓN:
Batir los ingredientes en la coctelera y servir en copa de cóctel

MERRY DAYS

In these celebrations we like to serve original dishes and drinks for everyone. Having an excellent cocktail without alcohol, makes it easy for young and old people to do the same preparation. This healthy Granny Smith apple cocktail, matcha tea and cucumber, will refresh the palates of the intense flavors of Christmas food.

MERRY DAYS

INGREDIENTES:
– 1 Manzana Granny Smith
– 2 Rodajas de pepino
– 1 Hoja de shiso
– 3 Gotas Droplets “Green Cardamom”
– 1/4 Cucharadita té matcha en polvo
– 1 cl Zumo de limón
– 2 cl Sirope de agave
– 5 cl Aloe vera
Decoración: Hoja de shiso y piel de cítrico.
ELABORACIÓN:
Batimos todos los ingredientes en una blender
(batidora eléctrica de vaso), lo pasamos por un colador no muy fino y servimos en vaso alto con hielo picado. Finalizamos con la decoración.

NOCHE DE PAZ

It is a great idea to prepare a hot and restorative drink to receive guests in winter, especially in a mountain place or on cold days. Drinks to warm your hands and to enjoy front the fireplace accompanied by a good conversation. Xmas Candle will be perfect for these days.

NOCHE DE PAZ

INGREDIENTES:
– Rama de canela
– Frutos rojos
– 1 cl de Miel de agave
– 3 cl de Té English Breakfast
– 3 cl de Licor de cacao
– 6 cl de Santa Teresa 1796
Decoración: Rama de canela y frutos rojos.
ELABORACIÓN:
Calentar los ingredientes líquidos y flamear ligeramente. Servir en la copa junto a los frutos rojos y la canela. Dejar atemperar un poco y servir.

ESTRELLA FUGAZ

El momento culminante de cualquier fiesta es el brindis, un gesto que repetiremos en varias ocasiones a lo largo de estos días de celebraciones. Entre ellos hay uno especialmente recordado y carismático, el brindis de Año Nuevo. Un instante lleno de emociones, recuerdos, expectativas y buenas intenciones.

ESTRELLA FUGAZ

INGREDIENTES:
2 cl Sirope vainilla Giffard
1 cl Zumo de lima
3 cl de mango fresco
3 cl Bacardi 8 años
6 cl Freixenet Cordon Negro
Decoración: Flores secas en el pié de la copa.
ELABORACIÓN: Batir en coctelera todos
los ingredientes (salvo el cava) y servir en la copa.
Añadir el cava y remover con suavidad.
Finalizar con la decoración.
