Two cocktails created By Javier de las Muelas for Freixenet with Sangría Mía by Freixenet only avalaible in Germany, to enjoy the winter following the traditional essence of spanish sangría and moments to share surrounded family and friends.
COCKTAIL WARM HEART
INGREDIENTS
– 90 unit raspberry.
– 90 unit blackberry.
– 160 cl Mia Sangría Classic Royal.
– 160 cl hot water.
– 64 cl Dark chocolate liqueor.
– 32 cl raspberry syrup.
STEPS
Muddle raspberries and blackberries into the punch bowl till you get a puree. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Finish with garnish.
GLASSWARE
Pot jar.
METHOD
Build inside pot jar.
GARNISH
Inside the punch bowl pineapple slices and edible flowers. Inside the glass, Apple wheel, mint spring and berries.
COCKTAIL WINTER FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
– 24 bar spoon pink peppercorn.
– 48 unit cardamom pods.
– 24 pieces small peeled cubes of ginger.
– 240 cl Sangría White Frizzante.
– 48 cl Vanille syrup.
– 120 cl hot water.
STEPS
Muddle pink peppercorn, cardamom pods and ginger into a punch bowl. Add the rest of ingredients and stir. Finish with garnish.
GLASSWARE
Pot jar.
METHOD
Stirred in a punch bowl.
GARNISH
Dry lemon wheels, cinnamon and pink peppercorn.
