INGREDIENTS:
– 6 Raspberries
– 2 Peach Dash Bitter
– 0,5 cl pasteurized egg yolk
– 1,5 cl Yuzú juice
– 2 cl Raspberry syrup
– 2 cl Fresh grapefruit juice
– 3 cl  Grey Goose  vodka
– 3 cl  Lillet Rose

ELABORATION:

– Pour all ingredients in the shaker glass and shake for 10 seconds with the previously breaking raspberries.
– We strain the cocktail and serve in cocktail glass.
– Decorate with pieces of freeze-dried raspberry.
